Areas of Practice

The juridical sectors served by these chambers.

From first conference to final judgment.

01

First conference

A confidential meeting — in chambers, by telephone or by encrypted video — to receive the papers and identify the questions of law and fact.

02

Written opinion

Where appropriate, a reasoned written opinion sets out the strength of the case, the procedural path, and a candid estimate of fees.

03

Carriage of the matter

On retainer, the chambers takes carriage of the file — pleadings, disclosure, negotiation, and appearance — through to final judgment or settlement.
